If you are placing an order for the following day, please call 6247 1717 to make sure your order is able to be accomodated. We do not accept cancellations on the day. please read the terms and conditions below to avoid disappointment. |

| ordering to avoid disappointment republicatering requires that all orders be placed by 5.00pm the previous day. |
| same day orders a 25% surcharge will be incurred on the total bill for orders placed on the day of d-elivery if there is room to accommodate the order.

| payment we prefer direct payment, and we also accept cheque :: visa :: mastercard :: amex :: cash. |
| gst the prices quoted are inclusive of gst charges. |
| confirmation please note that a faxed or emailed order is not confirmed until our catering manager has contacted you to confirm the order via telephone. |
| lost or broken equipment any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost. |
| corporate events all functions booked over the value of $1000 require a 20% deposit for confirmation. the deposit is non-refundable if the function is cancelled within 3 working days of the function date. |
| delivery fee standard delivery fee = $8 for CBD deliveries. if your venue is not in the CBD, please contact republicatering to receive a quote for your delivery. We endeavour to deliver your order at the requested time, however during peak periods it may be necessary to deliver your order up to half an hour earlier than specified.
